Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is. approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
